Reports....we have 125 active members.  Dictionary to 3rd graders fully funded. Dues are due.  Directory is out. Rotary tent at Music in Park thanks to Chris Eckert. RI President says polio 99.9% reduction in paralyzed children since 1988.

Speaker...Colleen Chawla  Chief SM County Health
 
 Colleen has been Chief for 6 mo after Alameda and San Francisco duties.  She oversees a 1.4 billion dollar budget serving 100 thousand residents.  San Mateo Medical Center and behavioral health are the biggest programs.  The County ranks high in the state.  Cuts will have impacts, but the goal is to have access for everyone.
